Supervisor Martin Romero called that Ward 1 officed called on issues on the property. The property is a vacant and unsecured house. The roof leaks and the drywall on the interior has fallen in several areas from the ceiling . Not able to find the owner or responsible party and called the supervisor to have the property secured. Did get permission to call the City of Tucson contractor to have the property secured and called Arcaiden Industries to the property. Did talk to some of the neighbors and they have not seen the owner for some time. The owner would show to check for mail and than leave. The house has been vacant for some time. Once the house was secured with plywood on all the openings, did the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris and will do a N.O.V. RV. |
