Went to neighboring property of 232 West Flores which is a apartment complex specifically behind building 3. Found this pipe that was leaking clear water coming out of pipe. Was able to contact the manager who stated a plumber was coming out tomorrow. Advised her tomorrow would not be soon enough and needed a plumber today. What map by Francisco the maintenance guy and the plumber. Water was shut off to unit 6 which stop the leak in the pipe. Plumber would be addressing the broken pipe in building 3 and in building one tomorrow. A 24-hour notice of violation was given and signed and phone numbers exchanged. Will follow up in 24 hours |
