The house is vacant and secured. The house had a fire in the rear of the house and the demo has been completed. Did have a permit for the demo and it expired, T18BU00189 on 10-2-18. Had no inspection. Did call the owner due to the wood framing has been installed with new and has added more area to the house than what was removed. The owner has been working on the drawings and having trouble with getting on plans on what they want to approve the drawings. Did let the owner know that no other work should be done until the permit has been issued. The owner is aware of this and will get the permit issued as soon as possible. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
