Met TPD on site. Wiring is from disconnected electrical service. Power was cut and removed from the pole. Checked with TPD entire property and it is secured. Front porch has refuse and debris, Rear yard has a large covered pile of refuse. Cover is deteriorating. Refuse and debris on back porches.
