12/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE WITH RVIDAL; AS RVIDAL WENT THROUGH THE MOTIONS OF THE SHUT DOWN, I ASSISTED BY WAY OF SPEAKING TO MROMERO WITH REGARDS TO CURRENT STATUS OF INSPECTION AND FINDINGS. I ALSO SPOKE WITH THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER EXPLAINING THE VIOLATION AND THE SAFETY ISSUES SURROUNDING IT, THE ACTION REQUIRED BY THE CITY WITH REGARDS TO CONDEMNING THE DWELLING FOR NO ELECTRIC SERVICE, EXPAINING TO THE DAUGHTER THAT REASONING WITH HER FATHER NOT TO REFUSE AND REQUIRE THE TPD ASSISTANCE TO HAVE HIM EXCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY WOULD NOT BE IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR THE FAMILY AND CHILDREN TO WITNESS. EXPLAINED THAT THE ACTION MUST TAKE PLACE AND WOULD BE BETTER IF WE HAD THE OWNERS COOPERATION. MINUTES LATER OWNER AND FAMILY VACATED THE DWELLING AND LEFT THE PROPERTY. RVIDAL CANCELLED TPD ASSISTANCE AND CONTINUED WITH POSTING AND SECURING THE PROPERTY WITH CITY CONTRACTOR ARCADIAN INDUSTRIES.
12/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner called and will meet on site tomorrow after 1:00 PM. RV.
