The daughter of the owner has received calls that the house is opened and that someone may be in the house. Arrived and the front window plywood has been removed and the fixed glass was broken. Did have cardboard over the broken window and not able to see anyone in the house. Did look around and all the other openings are secured. Did call the owners daughter to let her know that the plywood has been pulled down and the window is broken. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property due to the owner not able to have the property secured. The daughter gave permission. Did have to call T.F.D. to the site due to seeing smoke and smelling fire. T.F.D. did find a metal container in the back room and had a fire in the container. The container was removed and the house was vented with the fan. Once the house had no smoke, the house was checked again for hot spots and had none. The front door was kicked down to vent the house with the fan. Arcaiden Industries was able to secure the house with the same plywood on the front window in the living room and the front door. Did place plywood over the gates in the rear yard due to have received calls on someone sleeping in the rear yard. The house was re-posted of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front windows on both sides of the house. The house has been gone through looking for good items in the house. The house has no utilities. RV. |
