Was given an order to check the site in the early morning for work being done at dark time by the supervisor Martin Romero. Arrived and no work was being done at time of visit of 2:15 AM to 2:30 AM. Did check 3 different gates or drive openings and all are locked. When checking at the gates, saw no lighting on the property at all the openings. Will get with the supervisor and let know of visit to the site. RV. |
