Met with the owner at Planning and Developement Services Department with Steve Sheilds. Did go over the plans that he has been made. Did go over on what is lacking on the plans and was advised that the new C of O will be issued. The owner will call the architect to start the drawings to have approved. Will have to send the N.O.V. RV. |

Went to the site to check if opened. The building has opened and doing business while on site. All the work has been completed and has plans on site. Did not find an inspection card but did have the C of O on site. Did talk to Eric Newcomb and does need the floor plan approved. They are able to use the C of O for the same use but will need to be checked. Did call the owner back to let him know what has to be done. RV. |
