The building is vacant and has some people on site. The building is being a replacement of the Broadway widen project where the business is being closed on Broadway. The building has been remodled and all the work has been almost completed. Did talk to the owner who is in Phoenix and went over on what needs to be done. A floor plan is going to be made to show what is on the property at this time. He was going to call an architect and will call me. Not sure when the business will open. RV. |
