06/27/2018 A case was opened for suspected business being operated without proper permit, sign-age, inoperable and commercial vehicles and outdoor storage violations. On 7/11/2018 Inspector Juan Valdez conducted an inspection on site and found no violations indicating the complaints.

10/16/2018 A case was opened for Tucson Police CSO operations division east for inoperable vehicles, no information to report from their inspection.

12/11/2018 The reported refuse and debris was removed by the Brush and Bulky crew.

12/11/2018 The duplicate report of a business operating without permits, illegal dumping, inoperable vehicles, and signs on vehicles. I found no violations on the property. The inoperable vehicles are properly stored, no refuse or debris found on the property, no signs and no evidence of a business being conducted out of the home. I will be closing this case as of today.
I spoke to the tenant, Chris Bouchard, who says he does some side work but nothing out of the home as indicated. I also spoke to the property owner, Andrew Kiel. They are aware of the continuous complaints from a particular neighbor, both have indicated that they have been doing their best to be a good neighbor.

In speaking with other neighbors, I found one neighbor that had a request for Chris Bouchard, in regards to the parking of his trailer on street right of way, not blocking the driveway but near the front where it is an eyesore for her and her company. The trailer's parking location does not pose a code or law violation however when I mentioned the request to Chris, he understood the request and has chosen to be a good neighbor and park the trailer on his property on the weekends and holidays. Thus leaving no other issues and or complaints regarding this property.
