08/21/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has called that the property is cleaned and that the permit has been issued. Did go to the site and the property is cleaned and vacant and secured. The permit has been issued, T19BU00266 on 8-19-19. The fee's have been paid and the permit still shows in applied status. No inspection have been done. Have court on 8-27-19 at 8:30 AM. RV.
05/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property has been cleaned and has some railroad ties piled in the rear yard by the masonry wall. Has some 2 x 4's and plywood piled in the middle of the rear yard. I did call the owner and left a message to call back. Had other issues on the property and were addressed with another case number. Took pictures for the courts. Will be getting with zoning and the Building Offical due to the 8' wall has been filled with dirt to 6'-8" on one side the exterior and the interior has no dirt added and still shows the 8' height. 03/25/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has been in contact and the property has been cleaned at this time. The court date is 5-21-2019 at 8:30 AM. RV.
02/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. Nothing has been done on the clean up and the fence panel on the north side has been removed from the site. That fence panel covered a hole that was cut into the fence to enter the property. Did have signs of people gathering under the porch. Did find where they have been burning trash and debris in the rear yard to keep warm. The gate opening has the fence panels removed and was able to find them to re-install. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to call Biff Baker Fence to re-secure the property. Did call the owner and was not able to leave a message due to the box is full. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the fencing re-secured. RV.
11/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the site and was opened at the window in the rear of the house and the fencing again. Had it re-secured on the borading and the fencing. RV.
