The tenant had moved out and the work was completed. The property manager was having issues with the tenant on site getting into the mobile home. Once the mobile home was vacated, the work was completed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met on site with the owner, property manager and the tenant to check on what has been done on the property. Did go over the furnace needing to be checked by a license contractor due to the owner did the repairs on the furnace. The electrical needs to checked by a license contactor to check where the issues are on the outlets not working. Does have a roof leak by the back door and the electrical panel. The property manager will check on getting that repaired. Was shown where the floor was repaired and that has been completed and covered a vent in the floor in one bedroom. That vent will be cut in the floor. There is an issue if getting into the property and that was discussed with being called or paperwork on the door of the mobile home. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
