Met with the tenant and found where the roof leaks on the north wall, having electrical not working at times and was working while on site, broken windows, furnace not working, the flooring is lefting where getting wet at times, the insulation is falling under the mobile home and the plumbing is loose in the same area, and has a structure in the rear of the property that is detached from the mobile home. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
