ON SITE, SPOKE TO MANAGER. SHE STATED THE UNIT 48 WAS ABANDON BY THE OWNER. THEY ARE IN THE COURT PROCESS TO HAVE THE TITLE PUT INTO THE TRAILER PARKS NAME. THEY CANNOT LEGALLY TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL THEY OWN THE TRAILER. |
