08/26/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is still in the same condition as the last inspection on 5-20-19. No one home and did take pictures for the court on 8-27-19 at 8:30 AM. No contact with the person taking the responsiblity of the property. RV.
05/20/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the son of the dead owner and the son will be getting the property. The other name on the Assessor Records is the neice and she will be Quick Claiming the Deed to the son of the dead owner. Did meet on site and went over on what needs to be done. The judge has the paperwork on the son taking over the property. The truck and the van do run and the van is being worked on at this time. Did go over that the van has been at the same spot for a long period of time. Did go over knocking the camper shell down and he will do that. The porch is being cleaned at this time. The son has a scheduled clean up on 6-1-19 with the probitionary crew through the PCIA agency. Did go over the alley needing to be cleaned also. Court is 5-21-19 at 10:30 AM. RV.
05/18/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the son and he now owns the property. Did ask on who Crystal was and she is a neice that was living with the mother of the son and helping the owner awhile back. The owner is not living on the property and Crystal has moved to somewhere else. She will be Quick Claiming the deed to the son. Did let the son know that the neice has been cited also and should be there to expain to get her name out of the court system. Did let the son know that he needs to get his name on the Assessor Records to show that he is the owner of the property. Will meet at the site on Monday at 7:00 AM to go over on what needs to be done. RV.
05/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and was able to check the property and take pictures for the court. The work has started and not completed. Still has vehicles that will need to be moved due to not operable and the camper that was being stripped has not been addressed. The porch is still filled with items of boxes and other items. RV.
02/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The clean up has started and no completed. The truck has been placed in the fencing area but still has the camper that is being demo'ed on the property. Did check the alley and nothing has been done in the alley. Nothing done on the structure on the east side which is filled with storage and all damaged. Took picturs for the citation. RV.
