Tony from T.E.P. called that they are on site with tampering with the electrical. Arrived and a extension cord has been added at the riser at the split bolts to power the electric stove. The wires were taped together at the plug for the stove and had no outlet for a connection. The tenant was not on site but the owner was on site. Did ask for the power to be cut at the pole until the wires are removed from the split bolts. Will be asking for a permit for an inspection before the power can be turned back on. The owner was on site and signed the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window including the N.O.V. next to the placard. The owner was going to make contact with the tenant and let them know that they can not stay in the unit as of today. Wires cut at the pole and requesting the reconnect for the electrical before tuned back on. RV. |
