The tenant called and the work is being done. The cooler has been turned off for the season and not leaking at this time. The roof has been repaired and not leaking. The tenant is OK with the progress at this time and does not want the inspection done at this time. The tenant was OK with closing the case and will call back if needs other assistance on the issues needing to be repaired. At this time the case will be closed, Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
