Have been in contact with the daughter of the owner due to the owner is ill and staying with them at this time. All the work has been done and the tenants have moved out who filed the complaint. There are no complaints at this time with the new tenants. The permit for the water heater has been issued, T19CM01289 on 2-21-19. Tried to do an inspection and was unable to get into the property to do the inspection and had no phone number to call. The furnace was repaired and was operable once the repairs were completed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

All the work has been done and replaced the furnace. Did call the daughter of the owner and went over on what was done. Did let the daughter know that the permit for the new furnace was issued and will need to get the permit for the new furnace. She will call the plumber to have him get the permit for the new furnace. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
