Received call from office that the house has no heating and electrical issues. Arrived and the husband was on site and did an inspection. The furnace is in a crawl space under the house. The furnace is not working and the ductwork has some on the ground floor. At this time they are using the stove for heat. The water heater has been replaced with new and has new PEX for the water on hot and cold to the house from the water heater. The smoke detectors are lacking in the bedroom and the common area. The front doors are missing the door knobs or are broken. Some of the light fixtures are missing parts or are broken. Has broken windows and have been taped on the interior due to the windows are not sealed. They are using the grey water for the washer machine and the water is staying on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
