States has started to clean and clear the property in front No Junk Motor Vehicles in front all tires and glass are good on the 3 vehciles, tenant states everything is running. Did see a small amount of weeds and grass along the front and side and down Cactus on the side from the recent winds. Tenant States he can have that done by the end of the week. Rear yard was properly screened with 6 foot wood fence and a rolling gate that had slats in chain link which is proper screening will follow up on the issues in front. |
