VISITED SITE, KNOCKED ON DOOR AND SPOKE WITH TENANT WHO STATED HE HAS NEVER MADE A CALL. I ASKED IF HE WAS MR SAGE AND TENANT STATED THAT WAS THE PREVIOUS TENANT WHO IS NO LONGER THERE. THIS OCCUPANT STATED HE WAS HAVING NO ISSUES. NO VIOLAITON. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
