My findings are as follow:
> The exterior of the structure at the southwest corner was struck by a vehicle. The west wall and the pop-out column received the damage. The west wall was supporting the second floor wall.
> I met with the owner's representatives and issued NOV's for permits and emergency abatement.
> Owner representative took responsibility for the board-up and signed the indemnification form.
> Unit was posted unsafe to occupy.
> Owners representative made arrangements for tenant.
> Owners Contractor arrived and shored up and boarded up the bottom unit.
