on site; I found some overgrown vegetation, refuse and weeds on both properties near adjoining property line / complaint area. I made contact with the Church (at Speedway property) I spoke to the head Landscaper who has been maintaining the grounds for many years and is currently working on all vegetation, refuse and weeds. He is about half done however I pointed out more areas that need to be addressed. I will issue a 30 day notice due to size of property. The landscaper will start working at the complaint area today. |
