Arrived on site to find weeds and grass over 6 in Long of front and side yards of property. Found trailer with good tires no issue. Found VW with two flat tires a junk motor vehicle. Found a AC unit discarded alongside yard will move to notice of violation. Make contact with owner States VW and will air up the tires ask that I return in 30 mins |
