> Owner took responsibility for the securement
> Unit was posted unsafe to occupy.
> Found excess refuse and debris in rear yard and storage. Front yard has storage and some refuse and debris. There are two refigerators and the owner was notified to secure them.
> Interior has damage to walls and new electric.
> No smoke alarms were present.
> Excess storage on the interior.
