While doing an inspection found a light has been added to the railing of a deck and appears not sheilded and shines outside the boundries of the property. This inspection was done at night. When someone in the rear yard of the neighbors, the light comes on. While on site, the light did go on and off 4 different times. Does not appear that the light is for exterior use. The fixture has a camera installed on the light. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
