08/20/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WHILE TOURING THE PROPERTY WITH TPD, ABANDON UNIT 5 PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED AS VACANT AND UNSECURED ON JUNE 18TH INSPECTION WITH MANAGEMENT WAS OCCUPIED BY A TRANSIENT WHICH DID RESTORE POWER TO THE UNIT, HE WAS CHARGING HIS PHONE AND HAD A SMALL FAN PROVIDING COOLING. THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT IS DILAPIDATED WITH A DAMAGED ROOF, CEILING AND FLOORING ALONG WIRING EXPOSED, TWO WINDOWS WERE PREVIOUSLY BOARDED AND LOOSE. OTHER WINDOWS WERE OPEN ALONG WITH THE FRONT DOOR. THIS UNIT IS NOT HABITABLE DUE TO THE INTERIOR DAMAGE AND LACK OF SAFE ELECTRICAL. THE CURRENT STATE OF THE UNIT IS UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.
TPD DID REMOVE THE PERSON AND POWER WAS SHUT OFF AT THE EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT, DISCONNECT. THE CHAIN LINK TO THE GATE OF UNIT 4 YARD WAS CUT TO DISCONNECT POWER TO UNIT 5'S EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT. A CITY PAD LOCK WAS INSTALLED TO PREVENT ENTRY TO UNIT 5'S EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT AND ANOTHER CITY PAD LOCK WAS INSTALLED AT THE CUT LINK AND MARRIED TO THE PARKS PAD LOCK. THE UNIT WAS FULL BOARDED AND A CITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR MULTIPLE VACANT AND NEGLECTED MOBILE HOMES.
THERE ARE MULTIPLE VACANT AND NEGLECTED MOBILE HOMES WITH BROKEN WINDOWS AND PHYSICAL DAMAGED TO THE UNITS. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN. PLACARDS WERE PLACE ON ALL VACANT MOBILE HOMES.
UNSAFE TO OCCUPY PLACARDS WERE POSTED ON THE FOLLOWING UNITS:
UNIT 4 VACANT AND NEGLECTED WAS POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY
UNIT 5 UNLAWFULLY OCCUPIED, SECURED BY THE CITY. POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY
UNIT 6 VACANT AND NEGLECTED HAS BROKEN WINDOW ALSO POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.
UNIT 8 VACANT AND NEGLECTED FRONT BROKEN WINDOW WITH A STRIP OF PLYWOOD ALSO POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.
UNIT 27 VACANT AND NEGLECTED PARTIALLY BOARDED, MISSING WINDOW, ALSO POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY OPEN SEWER PIPING, POWER WAS DISCONNECT AT THE EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT.
UNIT 28 VACANT AND NEGLECTED MISSING WINDOW PANE AND BOARDED, THE FRONT GATE OPEN ALSO POSTED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.

UNIT 36 VACANT AND NEGLECTED AND IS SEVERELY DAMAGED WITH EVIDENCE OF TRANSIENT ACTIVITY, PERSONAL ITEMS INSIDE TOOLS AND BIKE, THIS IS UNIT THAT WAS STRUCK IN THE FRONT LEFT CORNER, THIS OPENING IS OPEN AND PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR. THIS UNIT IS PARTIALLY BOARDED WITH MISSING WINDOWS AND REAR DOOR OPENED. THE WALLS HAVE MOVEMENT THE ROOF AND CEILING ARE DAMAGED, THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS TORN ALSO ANOTHER AREA WHICH PROVIDE ACCESS INTO THE INTERIOR. THE INTERIOR WALLS HAVE PUNCTURES. THIS MOBILE HOME IS AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE AND DANGEROUS TO THE COMMUNITY. A FULL BOARD UP WAS ORDERED BY THE CITY OF TUCSON, THE CITY CONTRACTOR DID SECURE THE UNIT BY BOARDING. ABATEMENT REQUIRED IS DEMOLISHMENT VIA PERMIT.

Also I was going to ask since you going to stop by the park today or tomorrow if had any idea how many poles I need to replace. Thank you !
