Did call for another inspector due to had 5-bikes in the front of the mobile home and several people in the front talking. The person talk to was supposely cleaning the property but had a generator running for power to the unit. Was able to make contact with the owner of the property and she came to the site. The owner signed the paperwork and was going to have the property secured with plywood. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the water heater door. The person found on the property was going to remove the items he owns and move them to another location. This unit has been condemned several times and secured. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
