VISITED MANAGER WHO PROVIDED ALL PAPER WORK FOR TERMINEX EXTERMINATION. BECAUSE TENANTS ARE UNHAPPY THE MANAGER IS ALLOWING THEM OUT OF THEIR LEASE, PAPERWORK SIGNED AND DATED 10/16/2018 AND WILL BE OUT BY 11/01/18. NOT ONLY WAS THIS UNIT SPRAYED BUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING WAS ALSO SPRAYED FOR ROACHES. WORK IN PROGRESS. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
