Arrived on site and met with tenant, she states they will be leaving in 2 weeks. Weeds and grass along west side yard over 6 inches. Piles of dead branches in front of the property by driveway. She showed me to the next property where there was a large tree that looked dead But 3 sections of the tree where there are green leaves on that tree. Will move to NOV for violaions |
