10/25/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The tenant is in the process of the eviction and should be out by this week. The maintenance has not been allowed to do the work due to the eviction. They should be able to start next week. Will check in 10 days. RV.
10/10/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The tenant phone is not working, and no one home. The management has not been able to get into the unit. The management is working on the eviction process and asked if they did the posting of the 24 hour or the 48 hour notice to work on the unit. They have left paperwork on the door to get inside and had no responce from the tenant. The tenant is behind in rent and they think she is moving out. Will check in 10 days. RV.
10/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Stop by the site and nothing has been done. Did meet with the management and they are waiting for corporate. Did let them know that I just came from the unit and the floor and the couches are wet. Has an issue with water dripping from the grill on the handler area in the hallway. Has a lens that is missing in the kitchen area. Will meet with the management on the issues. They are going to repair the roof area and was starting to rain. They will send pictures when the work is done. RV.
10/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received a text that the roof has been repaired. Has pictures on the text and lacking the paint. Will have to wait for the patch to cure before painting. Will check in 10 days. RV.
