Talk to the tenant and this has been an on going issue for some time. It has rain today and the living room is leaking and the couch is wet. The office is aware of the issue. Have to talk to the manager and he was going to send someone to extract the water. They will be checking into the damage of the water on the ceiling. Will check tomorrow. RV. |
