09/18/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Inspector Bigman was on site for a clean up of the graffiti abatement and found the house opened on the front of the house and on the rear on the east side. Arrived and the front door has been pulled off the wood jamb and not able to secure. The window on the east side of the rear of the house has the plywood pulled off and the casement window opened. Did call T.P.D. to have the house cleared. Found no one in the house. Did call Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. Placed a sheet of plywood on the front door opening and re-secured the plywood on the rear of the house on the east side. Re-did the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front of the house on the plywood. The graffiti has been painted by GPC through out. This property has been cleaned up by the City of Tucson on a court order clean up. The house is secured and vacant. RV.
