Arrived on site and met with owner of the hotel. Assured me no work was being done at the property. Did not see any evidence of any crews on site or any work being done here. Allowed me to look at one of the unit found everything nice neat and very clean. No issues with work without permits. Did find weeds and grass along the rear section of the property. And furniture along the South border of the property which owner States was illegally dumped. Will have a work order in for illegal dumping along side, south border of property and owner will do the weeds/grass in alley |
