OCCUPANT STOLE A CAR AND WAS ARRESTED BY TPD. BECAUSE OF HER ISSUES MANAGEMENT ISSUED A EVICTION NOTICE FOR LACK OF PAYMENT AND A NO RENEWAL TO A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE. THERE IS 2 WEEKS LEFT ON THE RENT. MANAGER PROVIDED A LETTER FROM OCCUPANT ASKING THAT NO ONE ENTER THE UNIT UNLESS SHE IS THERE. OCCUPANT LEAVES AT 5 AM AND COMES BACK AT MIDNIGHT. WENT UPSTAIRS TO THE UNITFOUND NOBODY HOME, CALLED OUT SEVERAL TIMES. MADE SURE APT. WAS CLEAR AND ALLOWED MANAGER TO TAKE PICTURE OF DAMAGED JAMB. I TOLD MANAGER TO ISSUE A 48 HR NOTICE TO ENTER TO MAKE REPAIRS, AND TO BE CLEAR ON THE NOTICE WHAT SHE WOULD BE REPAIRING. I ASKED SHE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GO IN WITH THE A/C PEOPLE SO EVERYTHING COULD BE COMPLETED. I ASKED THAT IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS THAT SHE CONTACT ME AND I WOULD CONTACT TPD. I TOLD HER IF TENANT DID NOT ALLOW ENTRY THAT THEY DO NOT GO INSIDE. WILL FOLLOW UP |
