PRIOR TO VISITING SITE I SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO CONCERNING THE CASE AND ONGOING COMPLAINTS. MARTIN INFORMED ME THAT THE OWNER HAS BEEN INFORMED BY BUILDING OFFICIAL CLAYTON TREVILLYAN THAT A SURVEY, MARKING THE CORNERS OF THE LOT WOULD BE REQUIRED BEFORE C/E GOES OUT TO INSPECT, BUT THAT THE OWNER HAS NOT FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS. NO INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED UNTIL THE SURVEY IS COMPLETED. CLOSE CASE. |
