Arrived on site and met with tenant at the property. I explained who I was and why I was there. I asked to see the vehicle along the west side of the property which was a brown Chevy pickup truck. Vehicle had a driver side front flat and 10 it states it is not operational at this time. I explain to him the junk motor vehicle ordinance. We moved to front porch where a lot of furniture and tools we're located. Let him know only items can be in front of porch and not to be used as storage. He let me know they are still in the process of moving in and this furniture needs to be stained before it could be put into the home, reasonable request. Advised him I would be back in 10 days to make sure all is taken care of. He understood will follow up with notice of violation |
