Arrived on site to this boarded property, no signs of digging or open trenching. Went to side yard to locked fence so no access, was able to see into back. Could make out what might have been some digging in the middle of the yard but now is all filled in. Unable to determin what type of work might have taken place. No open trench and gates are locked, no issues at this time |
