09/10/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site and knocked on door however no answer. Called to speak to property manager however she was not in today because she was sick. Left my name and number with the secretary to return my call. Will continue to follow up on this case
08/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site to 1942 which is the nail and massage unit. Spoke to the owner of the massage facility and states he does have a c of o. Was in with the massage at this time however did not smell any strong chemicals coming from this unit. Just the smell of massage oils. Met with tenant and caller, states a strong smell, however did not smell anything in the large front room. She then took me to the bathroom and pushed up a ceiling tile where I smelled the massage oils a little stronger. There was alot of air flow in ceiling tile area and tenant had her cooler off. There must be some kind of excape from massage unit ductwork. Tenant then turned on the cooler and complained about the dust that came out of the cooler vent. She stated all of this is causing her health issues and is see a doctor for this. She has been living here for over a year and is now month to month and not under contract.
