Received case from inspector Martin Mendoza and was going to citation. Took pictures. The house is vacant and secured. Has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris through out the property and some of the trash and debris has been thrown across the alley in a vacant lot. The rear gates have been removed and not on the property. Will do citation. RV. |
