Was called out to the property at 9512 E. Thomas Pl. by communications after inspection found that fire damaged, livingroom, hallway, two restrooms, back Master bedroom, an extra bedroom, kitchen was also damaged, fire damage to electrical, damage to mechanical, Back porch total loss, Power was turned off, gas was penned. This is going to be a total loss, smoke damage though-out the home, will be posting unsafe to occupy and issuing a notice to obtain all proper permits for all repairs. |
