Communication called that T.P.D. on site with hazardous electrical and using extension cords. Arrived and the units were still on site. The person in the house has been removed by T.P.D. A truck has been inpounded by T.P.D. The interior of the house is being redone on all the electrical due to has installed a new upgrade electrical panel on the exterior and appears that the old wiring at the main disconnect was not connected. All the lights, switches and outlets are being redone. Checked permits plus and no permit has been issued on the upgrade on the panel on the exterior of the house or the remolding of the interior. Some walls have been removed and not sure if going to add walls. The electric meter was blanked by T.E.P. Did take pictures and than secured the house. Has no clear paths to doors and windows due to clothing and items on the floor. Tried to call the owner and left a message. Appears that the person removed from the the house was the son of the owner. Did do the posting of the N.O.V.'s and the Do Not Enter on the front window. This property has a case in court and will get with the other inspector Valdez. RV. |
