- Arrived on site and met the tenant who walked up, states he is 98% out of unit. Already living at another apartment complex, just needs to clean up the unit. Showed me into unit. Holes in ceiling in living room and in pantry area in kitchen. Under sink in kithchen board is completely rotten. Calking is needed around the bathtub in bathroom. Window A/C in bedroom not properly secured and will need to be removed. Spoke to owner over the phone and he will be at unit later today. Will move to NOV |
