Have talk to the owner and nothing has been done on the property for some time. Did go over the issues of walls being built. Does have masonry walls on the property since the 90's. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Did talk to the owner and nothing has been built for some time. Did go over the masonry wall and that was added and was built for some time. Did check permits plus and had a permit for the wall and than was withdrawn. Did find a permit for a wall in 1999 and was paid for and no inspection. The owner will check if that can be used for the wall that was built and not sure when the wall was done due to when the property was bought, the wall was already built. Will talk to zoning or engineering. RV. |
