09/20/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property has up to 8" of water in the area of the retension pond. It did rain yesterday all day. Did call the owner but out of town until the 21st of September. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the engineering department and the water has to be gone in 12 hours or less. At this time the water is ponding and hasn't rain in a couple of days. They do not have the retension area recorded to have inspected yearly. This area needs to have a compliance review from engineering due to the amount of water that is being held. Will do N.O.V. RV.
