Met with tenant and took pictures. Cooler is blowing minamal air and not cooling. Cooler is on second story roof with no access at this time. Tenant claims the the Main 125 amp breaker is triping intermitently while the cooler is running and not the individule circuit breaker. The registars are not installed in the living room and rear bedroom. Receptacles have excess paint on them. I could not determine if surges were possible causing damage to the TV's. There are no GFCI's for the kitchen or bathroom. Smoke detectors are missing in the bedrooms. |
