Went to the property with inspector Morales and the property was clean. Did meet with the tenants and check the site. Did have a carport that leaks and has holes in the plywood. Did let the tenant know why we were on the property and they stated that the property has always been cleaned. Does have a broken window and the tenant will be fixing that window due to they broke the glass. There was some items on the property that need to be placed on the dumpster and they will throw those items away. Inspector Morales will be calling the owner to check on getting the items repaired. RV. |
