States his units was Not renewed a leese and will moving out as of 07/31/18. Manager believes the tenant is just starting trouble for her. Met the tenant who took a long time to answered the door. He came out of the unit and did not let me in. States he will be out of the unit as of tonight. Said the window A/C is his and he packed it up. He explained to me his on Section 8 but refused to give me his case mananger because he claimed his section 8 mananger was useless. Mananger gave me a copy of the Vacate Notice and its as of 07/31/18 and this is what teant states he wiill be leaving tonight. Manager will be completely re-do the apt to include the heating and cooling before it gets occupied again. WIll f/u |
