The unit has back up toilet and sink. The kitchen sink is working and ran water for awhile and did not back up. The tenant is constantly working on cleaning the unit and has backed up the bathroom with cleaners in the sink and the toilet. The AC window units are not working due to the tenant has placed covering of vinly sheeting and some type of spray. The floor has carpet and wet in areas from leaking water from the bathroom or a fish tank in the living room. The tenant is being placed by the victim witness program. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
