07/26/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved T.E.P. called that the mobile home had the electrical removed in March and currently has power. The owner of the mobile home was on site when T.E.P. showed and than left the site. Arrived and found an extension cord connected to a pedistal to space #52. The life line for #41 was on the ground and not connected. Did check for back feeding and had no curent to the plug. Was able to find where the wire was connected to the bottom of the pedistal by splicing into the conductors that feeds the pedistal. T.E.P. did call for a crew to have the wires removed. T.E.P. was on site checking another mobile home for issues on the mobile home when this was found. Due to the owner of the mobile home no responding to calls by all on site, the mobile home will be secured by Arcaiden Industries. The management gave permission to have the mobile home secured due to has no material. Will be doing the posting on the front windows on the street side of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V.'s. PAC was call to the site due to had dogs in the mobile home and were removed and taken. T.P.D. was called and the mobile home was opened to have the dogs removed. Did find where the wires were spliced under the vanity in the master bathroom. Will need a permit once the payment has been issued for the tampering and the lack of payment. The wires were removed leaving no electric to the mobile home. RV.
